Shipping

Where we ship?

We ship to all 50 states. Note: Alaska and Hawaii: No overnight shipping.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes Please allow 1-2 busienss days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. (Saturday & Sunday do not count as shipping/business days.)

All domestic packages are insured up to $100.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note, all orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Delayed Packages

Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed by Patuti in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events occur. The shipping speed chosen during check out will be what service is chosen when shipping.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

Patuti is not responsible for orders successfully delivered and are subject to possible theft, as that is out of our control.

Expedited orders received after 1 PM EST will ship on the following business day.

Returns

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Patuti purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit, which will be valid for 90 days. Subject to approval from Patuti team.

Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order using the store credit received.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased during a sale or promotion and bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms, all of which are considered Final Sale and non-returnable.

Furthermore, if an item is initially purchased at full price and then bought again during a promotional period, the ability to return the item purchased at full price and on sale is nullified.

We offer prepaid shipping labels for returns at a flat fee of $15 USD. It is important to remember that returns must be submitted within the 30-day period for acceptance. For returns initiated after this period, an invoice for the shipping fee will be issued to facilitate the return of the items to you. Following payment, we will ship the rejected items back. Unsettled invoices will result in the donation of items to local charities after 45 days.

Exchange

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order using the store credit received.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all tags attached. To avoid potential restocking fees of up to 15%, please ensure that the items are free from makeup or deodorant marks.

We do not provide price adjustments, and shipping charges are excluded from the store credit issued. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item or size, you are required to place a new order using the store credit provided.
