This is clothing made with intention, care, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We make a limited amount of pieces. Once they are gone, they will never be made again.

All sales are final because they are made custom for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

QUALITY ASSURANCE — Defects & Exceptions

Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our atelier. In the rare event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Why don't you accept returns? Every piece is crafted exclusively for you upon ordering — from fabric selection to final stitch. Because each garment is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your measurements carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? In the rare event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at inspire@patuti.com with photographs. We will make it right.

Can I make changes after placing my order? Order modifications may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has commenced, we are unable to accommodate changes to size, color, or style.
